Welcome to Kyotee. By accessing or using the app or web preview, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kyotee.

1. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Your Content and License to Kyotee

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Kyotee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing Kyotee. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

You confirm you have the rights to post your content and it does not infringe others’ rights.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal, harmful, hateful, or harassing content
• Impersonation or misrepresentation
• Infringing, deceptive, or spam activity
• Attempting to circumvent security, scrape, or overload the service

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using Kyotee you agree to that policy.

4a. Contacts Access

Contacts access is optional and read-only. If you grant permission, we only scan your device contacts locally to help you find or verify friends. Contact data is not uploaded to Kyotee servers.

5. Safety and Moderation

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Report issues via support@kyoteeapp.com.

6. Termination

You may stop using Kyotee at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You can request deletion using Delete Account.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

Kyotee is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyotee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
