Eligibility
- Kyotee is designed for individuals aged 13 and older.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Accounts identified as belonging to children under 13 are removed.
- Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered in error should contact us immediately so we can assist.
Content and conduct standards
- We prohibit abusive, sexual, or exploitative content involving minors.
- Users can report harmful behavior directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly and enforcement actions follow our community guidelines.
- Repeat or severe violations result in account suspension or permanent removal.
Moderation and response
- Our moderation tooling flags accounts and content for review when potential child safety risks are detected.
- All reports concerning minors are escalated to our trust and safety team for faster handling.
- When legally required, we cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities.
How parents and guardians can reach us
- Email support@kyoteeapp.com with the subject line “Child Safety Request”.
- Include the Kyotee username or email involved, a description of your concern, and any supporting screenshots.
- We acknowledge all child safety requests within 24 hours and provide status updates until the matter is resolved.
